Also noteworthy, Carl might finish with the best results of all time across four predicted games.

I must know.

This season is gonna give me a fucking stroke before it's all said and done

Well seeing the last play of that Vikings-Saints game, I am pretty much convinced Football is scripted. That was one of the most obvious dives I have ever see in any sport. It looked weird at first, but the replay from behind is undeniable. Marcus Willaims watched Stefon Diggs catch the ball, and dove out of the way to take out his own team mate and ensure the Vikings victory.

Still entertaining though. I just can't wait to see what Roger Goodell and Vince McMahon come up with for the Super Bowl. Also looking forward to hearing all the stories from people at work that put money on these things.

You are watching too much WWE you can't script professional or college sports.  If professional sports would be scripted then Michael Jordan would have won ten titles in a row.  Also the only reason the game was close at the end is because the Vikings missed a easy field goal in the first half.  Plus if professional sports where scripted there would be a lot less injuries.

You may not script an entire game, just like entire matches are not scripted, only the highlights. Even in scripted and practiced events, when you are pushing bodies to the limts, injuries are bound to happen. It is not hard to pull the team to the sideline before the last play and say we are taking a dive.

Regaurdless, I don't really care. To me it is entertaining either way. I don't bet on the games, and I don't support any specific team or player, so if they are rigged, it just adds to the excitement. At the end of the day, this is the 1st NFL event I have commented on in ages, and I am still watching ESPN to see takes, so whatever they are doing, it is keeping me tuned in.

Well here is the final play I can't see it being scripted he got past a split the two defenders.

Also missed tackles happen in all football games no matter what level of football we are talking about (NFL, NCAA, high school, CFL etc. etc.).  Missed tackles are also another clear sign the NFL isn't scripted.

THe reason he did what he did was due to not wanting a pass interference. If you watch, you can tell he stutter steps right before he gets to Diggs because he realized he timed it wrong and was going to hit him before the ball got there. This would have been pass interference and MN would have gotten the ball at the 30 yard line or whatever it was at. Time would have stopped due to penalty and MN could have kicked a field goal to win.

This whole situation threw him off some and he made another rookie mistake and lowered his head completely thus making it so he couldn't see and he just flat out missed them and hit his own guy. Wanting to make sure the receiver stayed in bounce attributed to his miss as well cause he tried to aim so that his right shoulder would hit him and keep him inbounds. Again, if he is tackled, but goes out of bounds MN has another chance at a field goal.

But in conclusion anyone saying stuff is scripted in the NFL is just a moron. I always see it on plays like this where its some freak crazy outrageous play that if the players tried to recreate the play they could never do it in a million years. Like if you go and watch a youtube video of Julian Edelman's amazing catch last year in the Superbowl, you can see a ton of people saying it scripted. It's like seriously? A scripted play does not look like some miracle, it looks scripted.

I don't know if the field goal was the reason it was close. I would blame the Saints coming back on Keenum's dumbass lob he threw up that was intercepted.
