So if Packers "Run the Table" Part 2, are they more than likely in?

Likely, yes, but no longer virtually guaranteed with GB winning out. Philly beating Seattle dealt a significant blow to Green Bay's playoff chances, as it was one of the most losable games left on the schedule for the Seahawks and GB holds the tiebreaker over them.

What are you even talking about. The game from today?

Looks like Gronk might have a suspension after that extremely late hit. Clearly targeting the head.

He probably deserves it, but I'd be surprised if he got suspended. You usually either have to do something truly awful or involving a ref to get suspended for on field conduct. Ndamukong Suh wasn't suspended for choking Ryan Mallett, Vontaze Burficit didn't get suspended for kicking a Steelers' player, AJ Green and Jalen Ramsey weren't suspended for punching each other, etc.

Considering that Gronk doesn't really have a history with this sort of stuff, he'll likely get a warning and a sizable fine.

Considering Gronk is on the Patriots, Goodell will personally call Kraft to tell him Gronk is suspended two games.

Yeah, I meant Seattle beating Philly and just swapped the team names on accident. The Seahawks are (or, at least, were) the current wild card holder that GB has the best shot at beating out; a Philly win would have put GB only a game behind them with the tiebreaker on their side. Seattle's win keeps the 2 game buffer intact, though, and means that the Seahawks have to go 2-2 for GB to overtake them.

Welp, hopefully, the Packers lose next week. Browns got to get that W at some point.

Once again insane bullshit goes the Steelers way and they pull out another. I seriously want to know who gave up their soul for these wins lmao

Holy fuck Cincinnati.

Blown 17 point lead. Allowing a 35 yard touchdown because no one remembered to play until the whistle. 173 total yards in penalties. Two personal foul penalties on the Steelers' game tying drive. Offsides by 5 fucking yards on what would have been a 43 yard GW FG for Pittsburgh and turning it into a 38 yard one instead.

There is absolutely no reason that Marvin Lewis should be a head coach after this season. His teams are always consistently undisciplined and mistake riddled. There is no reason for a team with this much talent to underachieve with this kind of reliability.

And Roethlisberger gets 50,000 pass yards. Bell also having had a monster game again. Bengals don't really have talent to match that.

No doubt the Steelers are more talented than the Bengals, but Pittsburgh essentially spotted Cincy a 17 point lead with how terrible they played over the first two and a half quarters. Cincy straight up blew this game with stupid penalty after stupid penalty, and mistake after mistake. The Bengals definitely have the talent to beat Pittsburgh with a 17 point advantage; their inability to stop shooting themselves in the foot cost them this game.

Also, really hoping Ryan Shazier is ok. Dunno if anyone saw the hit, but he led with his head trying to tackle some guy and couldn't move his legs afterwards. Really scary stuff.

On a happier note, congrats to Dongo for securing the last playoff spot! I hope your entire team sucks next week. =p

Idk good teams always have good tools to make a comeback. Bad teams always make stupid mistakes like those.

Take the last super bowl for example, a 17 point lead at halftime is nothing compared to that.

And in Super Bowl XLVII, the Ravens were ahead 28-6 and barely etched out a win 34-31.

And these are super bowl teams with supposed decent defense, so a Steelers (a playoff team) overcoming a deficit is no surprise to me.

To put it simply Bengals at #32 O and #14 D is nothing to the Steelers at #7 O (soon to be 6) and #3 D. That is a big mismatch for O and D especially, so the Steelers must have forced mistakes, and kept the 2nd half to only 3 points, thus winning the game.
