Dragon Ball Supers animation lacks the intensity, fidelity and finesse' of Dragon Ball Z.

This video breaks it down really well on why:

There is allot of retcon, inconsistencies in the timeline and such as well. Super is not as bad as GT, but it's getting there.

Though DBS has had ok animation in the latest episodes imo

I still think drawings, more than animation, were better in Z

I loved Z growing up and there were some amazing moments (Goku vs. Vegeta in Buu Saga) but I can admit it was a mixed bag in terms of quality and animation.
