Even with Splatoon 2 outselling all other Switch games in its FW, this week is still somewhat disappointing.

It's really not at all though. Over half of Switch Japanese owners bought Splatoon 2 in the first 4 days. You people just got over excited thinking the COMG preorders were at a 1:1k ratio. The laungh was unbelievably huge considering the install base! And that attachment rate is only gonna go up in the next few months.

I never thought COMG ratios would be 1:1k. Don't assume my reasons for being disappointed either. 

That's over a 50% attach rate for Splatoon in 4 days.

Lol perfect timing.  Hopefully this is the last time people over hype digital sales for big retail releases on Nintendo portables.  They just don't sell digitally like games do on Playstation,  Xbox or pc.  HDD size is surely a major factor,  the demographics buying. 

We knew splatoon didn't have stock shortages so there was no good reason to believe it's digital was proportionally high.
