I'm married, and not getting any younger. Getting laid is still important to me, but less and less so everyday. Hearing and seeing are way more significant parts of my life. So, this one is easy.

Obvious choice here is penis. Sooner or later as you age you most likely get erectile dysfunction etc. so you will effectively be neutered anyways. 

After a certain point, when you have enough sex you realize just how overrated an experience it really is unless you are super rich / famous and can get a threesome every night with different women or something crazy like that. Even that would get boring after awhile though. 

Sight / hearing are so essential even for basic functioning that the thought of losing them is absolutely terrifying to pretty much everyone. 

Between sight and hearing though as referenced in the other post, I would say lose the hearing. Yes it would suck, but can still enjoy a lot of things with sight alone. 

The truly expendable sense though has got to be smell and / or taste. Losing sense of taste would actually be a good thing in a way; no incentive to eat sweet fatty foods. 

I'd rather lose my hearing of those options.

I use my eyes and ears constantly including for movies and games which are my passions. Sure no conventional sex sucks and peeing while sitting down sucks but it's nothing compared to CONSTANTLY dealing with not having a basic sense. 24 hours a day vs what? Like maybe 15 minutes a day?

Penis. It's of little use to me.

It also says being neutered as in no more human race if everyone selected the loss of this option, I would much rather a deaf human race than one which had just died off perfectly able to see and hear the stupidity of their choice as a race to die off.

"Lose my voice" should've been in that poll imo. Easily the "least worst" option for me. I'd rather not be able to speak than lose any of those other things since I could get stuff done through text-to-speech. It helps a lot that people use their phones for texting way more than they do actual calls nowadays, the only people who call me are my family otherwise it's texting 99% of the time =P
