From what I understand, cutting off your balls would mean no testosterone in your body, in other words, zero libido.
I don't know if estrogen replacement therapy revive the lost libido, I am interested to find out as well.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
Hearing, pretty much anything has subtitles and closed captioning today so you can get by without hearing. Next would be my penis. And last would be my sight. Yep being blind sucks more then being deaf or not having a sexual organ.

Well I rather loose my dick then go blind but hearing is the easy and obvious choice.

I love sex but still penis. To never have sex with my girlfriend again sounds bad but to never hear her or anything else again (nature, music...) sounds much worse. And to be honest, the sex would be also worse when I wouldn't hear anymore.
And to see something is even more important than to hear something.
My penis, it would be horrible but
1. To me sex is not THAT important in life
2. Sex goes beyond the simple penetration, I could still adapt to have sex without penis.
