I really don't like when reviewers give certain games passes just because they belong to a certain franchise or because it was heavily hyped before release. It's like they don't want to disappoint the fans or something, so they give the game a higher score than it really deserves.

Also, and this goes hand in hand, when reviewers overlook a games shortcomings just because it has high production values, or a moving story and/or cinematics, even if the gameplay is lackluster.

Like those things are nice, don't get me wrong, but this is a GAME first and foremost, and if the gameplay is mediocre, it really shouldn't be getting perfect scores across the board, imo.

I got one: People who try to make judgments about a country based on the games it produces.  

"It's anime-ish,  Japanese men are losers, blah blah blah"

I know of a few people who own PS4s as a FIFA machines and nothing else, to the point where I've heavily advocated and recommended Sony exclusives to them.

Most of mine have already been stated, but I have to second (or tenth) the thing about giving games 0's. I understand 10s on some level, since it's common for reviewers to vote up based on merit rather than down based on fault, but in my mind, a game would either have to not exist, or be broken on a fundamental level in order to warrant a 0. Most of the time I see this it's just people voting to counter inflated scores, which only makes the problem worse, or voting based on something that triggered them, which is just petty. A game you like going multi-platform, releasing on a platform you don't own, lack of boob slider, I honestly can't empathize with anyone that believes these issues warrant what is essentially a complete void of a score.

I hold this opinion for movies and anime as well. Part of why Myanimelist scores mean absolutely nothing to me. I see someone give a show a 0 cuz "hurr durr muh waifu didn't win" and I pray these people don't have children. Makes me ashamed to share a hobby with some of these morons.

I agree with this sentiment. While I do not personally enjoy many racing games myself, I wouldn't trash people that primarily enjoy playing racing games. This attitude people have that people have to like what they like otherwise it sucks - is completely ludicrous.

Again, I agree. People that complain about any console getting ports/remasters are irratating. They never seem to have any rational argument as to why these games should not be brought to a console. More people get to play said game/s. This is a good thing. And for people that want to double dip, that is their business, who cares?

To be fair, I'm certainly above my D1 rank but I don't have mates who are as good as me, so I'm just dropping. And playing with randoms just isn't fun.

People who think sales = quality
Port beggars of games you can literally go to the store and buy now.

People who think certain games get high review scores because all of the reviewers are biased.

People who think certain games get lower review scores because some reviewers are biased.

Well, that's another story but when you play 3vs3 solo standard and don't manage to rank up over many hours then it just means you aren't better and not that the 400 people you played with were worse as the 600 players you played against. But these people try to tell you that "I have always teammates which are worse than me and my opponents"

Same obviously for pretty much every other game.
