You don't seem to know people very well to believe the world would be better if everything would be about mutual aid and how that would work so well. In reality you would have even more murderes, rapists and whatever walking around and destroying other people. 

Not to forget that there would be obviously criminal groups who would start to control regions and everyone in these regions would suffer from them.
