Lol no. "Being able to get back to the stage from anywhere in the map" doesn't make any character broken, just harder to kill... and she's not the only one.

Yea it's not just Bayo. Hell Villager can up-B and go under the stage if need be and has an incredible knack for surviving while over 100% damage (or must be Ranai's incredible DI). Same with Diddy though with a riskier sense since his barrels (his recovery move) could potentially and literally backfire for him.
