I like playing on people's feelings

I feel like this should be a "Rate Other People's Toxicity Level" thread.

That said, I don't feel comfortable evaluating myself. On one hand, I feel like I can be fairly agreeable. On the other hand, I tend to get mixed up with users who are useless sacks of skin.

I think I'm ok. Used to be far more toxic.

I sometimes troll on Twitch or TF2 when my roommates are around with their accounts. Just the most insane random trolling.

I don't think I'm so bad. As I get older though, I've started to say things a little more directly.

I typically don't offer an opinion on something unless I've spent a lot of time reading and researching on it. When I'm given an uninformed or underresearched response, I tend to be pretty blunt about it.

The above relates to non-video game issues by the way. People can generally think whatever they want about video games and I really don't care because it doesn't matter all that much.

I'm very polite and respectful in person. I also don't deal with many negativity, which means I'm not usually bothered or irritated.... But even the nicest people can be nasty sometimes.

I wouldn't call myself toxic per se, but "sassy". I give attitude sometimes, especially when it comes to people that get away with being annoying. I probably won't call them names, troll them, or anything along those lines... But I'll throw shade/make comments letting them know that I'm waiting for them to get banned and laugh at them :D

Depends on the situation. For example on overwatch, if everyone picks heroes that are good, then I am good but as soon as they pick a widowmaker or hanzo and they can't aim for shit..........................................................

Thats when I bring out my inner 12 year old call of duty boy

would be strange to find out which members on here really get under other peoples skin, that said... might not be the healthiest of threads.

Reminds me of the match I had on Heroes of the Storm last weekend. It felt like we had an influx of newbie players during the weekend, so they ended up putting me with more healers and tanks than 1 tank +1 healer and the rest being assassins. It didn't help that during the match, we ended up with one healer who tried hard to spec into a dps role. He ended up getting pasted at every encounter, to a point where we all suffered and died trying to take camps, bosses or even other players.

I was pretty pissed and typed "very bg" at the end, though I felt bad afterwards, even though two players buddied up and hardly helped us while another wasn't even playing their role properly. I honestly dislike being paired up with players who think they can fill in for another role or play with their mate exclusively and ignore other players in a game designed for 5 player co-operation.

I thought we already had a thread like that which was used for calling out other people, which basically read like a toxicity thread. Either way, like you said the other thread idea would also be a bad choice.

I never understood the levels of hostility on the internet. I disagree with many people on politics, science, religion, etc. but I would never intentionally be a jerk to someone.

To be honest, I was constantly bullied at school when I was younger. I started using the internet when I was around 13 and most places were filled with nice, informative users. Now that I'm much older I try to help whenever I can.
