I'm not doing every gen but the games that first came to mind seeing the topic.

Cruis'n Wii 7th Generation. Also an awful game rushed to market early. Was a unfinished mess.

Conan PS3/360. Very good game tho. Just hideous with poor textures and well just everything looks bad but it is very fun.

I gave both 360/PS3 a game and Wii because it's too easy to do Wii only.

For this gen both games are on PS4 and well Sony published one of them.

Tora and that Black Tiger game. Tora got a retail release btw.

16 bit era Pit Fighter Genesis/SNES. This is before Mortal Kombat but they also did digitized actors.

Lastly NES. Rocky & Bullwinkle.

Max Payne? On what system does it look bad?

Even the GBA version looks nice for its hardware.
