The only reason its listed as only on PS its because of that, Square decided to only make for PS for now, not for some obligation to Sony or something of the sort.I mean, in that collection there are games that were made on Nintendo systems, or at least the cinematic part of it.The same goes for 2.8.
Its listed as Only on Playstation because thats true for the moment.If Square wants to port them over, they will.I mean, look no further than this thread!Nomura himself said that it is possible to release the collection to other systems.It may be PR talk about bringing them, but if he says that there is a possibility, then it means with 100% of certainty that there is no exclusivety deal with Sony with the collections.
Same goes for many japanese games that only release on PS.They arent releasing on other systems because they cant, its simply because at that moment, they choose not to, for a myriad of reasons.
