And guess what he gets? Oh right people clicking his video for ADS. His video is clickbait. It was designed to get people to click it. You don't have to copy that. You should have given an actual title with your actual thoughts instead of copying his title, and his video.

Etika is just having fun, there is a difference sometimes. I mean look at the dislike ratio, if it was like actually serious clickbait at an atempt to purposefully exploit people it would be a lot different. He's just using a hperbole to entertain, it's just how Etika is. He's known for his over exaggeration and overreactions.
Sure he didn't technially sue Sony and he only got $25 was what the joke was and what made the video so funny. Like there are people who go out there way to properly use lies to get their attraction, and theirs just goofing around.
But I get where your coming from, you'd probably need to be more aware of Etika and his fanbase to understand more about his youtube channel's style. But I don't think any harm was done. Like it's hard to explain, it's just kind of his personality rather than having dark intentions. I mean yeah sure it was probably a little clickbait but there is much worse forms of clickbait out there that this just kind of on the light hearted side.
