I had no idea this PS Vita lawsuit was even a thing, pretty funny video, although it was only for $25 lol.

Ha, 25 Dollars, nice.

Hahahaha. That was fun. No wonder he won though. 25 dollars are not gonna bankrupt Sony, that's for sure XD. But I agree with him that the Vita was a big fraud.

Lol....all this for 25$. That's what I am going to waste on cocktails today........without alcohol....and probably only around 10€.

So, 25$ multiplied by all the affected (how many Vitas were sold prior to the lawsuit?), how much money is that tops?

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Good video, even though he just joined in on the action .-P

US only, sold before june 1st 2012, and people had to actually claim it (which I'm betting most people didn't)... Yeah probably not a lot of money lol.

Probably a good amount, I mean still a small amount for Sony, but an amount that would of of hurt any profit or lose margins of what they were selling the PS Vita for. I mean I think it applied to all PS Vita's sold around in it's first few months since launch in North America at least (not sure about other regions) so it could some what close for 300k claims of $25 which would be 7.5 million, but I don't know how many people have made the claim or anything but it still could of end up being or have the potential of being a good amount.

Edit: Sold by June 1st 2012 US only. I couldn't be bothered doing the math. Anyways the potential amount they would have to pay is probably going to be a lot bigger than the amount they did pay, because people had to claim it themselves.

I hope he's not referring to Wipeout 2048 as "the racing game." It deserves more love than that!

Pretty good video. Times Square dancing was the highlight :D
