Sonthe finale episode is titled "The Dragon and The Wolf". I've seen a few trailers and I can't help feel Cersei is going to have the last laugh and do something crazy to finish the season off.

Outside of effects I tried to think of a single positive and...I got nothing. I was angry and bored for an hour. Characters interactions have nothing to them, it's all flat and forgettable. The whole get a with plot was dumb and now feels even dumber. I'll ignore Usain Gendry Bolt and Ravens with rocket boosts because who cares anymore. More offensive is the utter collapse of Arya. One of my absolute favorite is now just awful with character regression to petulence and immaturity.

2/10 - 2 points for dragons basically. Good thing Nights King has his Wights carrying massive heavy chains around just in case you need to pull a dragon out of water. Also I swear if this ends with the Night King dying and the whole army exploding it will be the biggest anti climax I can imagine.

You'd appreciate the GOT tv show more if you hung out at the Game Of Thrones subreddit, they point out a lot of interesting things (things you have clearly missed).  It has made this season a lot more enjoyable.  Sure the pacing is bad, but a lot of the flaws you are pointing out have been debunked (the NK was waiting for the dragons, arya is playing LF, the whole episode spanned around a week etc.).  Unlike season 5 which was just bad all around (except hardhome).

Seriously, every week I see you post horrible reviews about GOT, and often it's because you miss certain details.  I'm not saying this season is great, but it's easily better than 2/10.  Anyways, that's my advice, take it or leave it.

Something...Something...Games...Something

Wasn't crazy about the episode, but this is pretty great:

I handed out 9s and 10s every week for years on the show excusing various small issues being an adaptation.  It was my favorite show of all time. I am very disappointed by how the writing has declined so severely.  I care, this is my favorite book series and I was on ASoIaF message boards years before HBO was in the picture.

I cannot divorce myself of how it pales in comparison and is so sloppy. I have no desire to damage your interest, but I wont fake that I've enjoyed much of anything these past few years.  I care about who rules the Riverlands, the Reach, the Stormlands, and Dorne. I'm sure others don't, but to me it goes against the heart of Martin's vision and world I fell in love with 15 years ago.

All who are disappointed about last episode, whole season and about how show does not follow Martin's vision for the series should thank Martin. I don't understand how writer could not finish his series (did he even finished one book since show started).
I personaly don't think this season is bad. On the contrary, I realy love it. Acting is great, visual effects are great, fights are great and pace is much better (we all must agree that show tended to have very slow pace.

No. I am not disappointed because the show isn't following Martin's vision and I have no problems with the pacing of the show, Martin's books were never infallible anyway. However, I am disappointed because the show is bad now. Most characters are behaving stupidly or oddly to force plots and twists, major characters have been assassinated thanks to bad writing.

Fuck Martin, the writers betrayed their own piece of work.

Season 5 was barren and lacked enough content to justify 10 episodes, but at least it wasn't dumb. Season 6 had fillers as well, but it never felt like I am watching a show written by careless writers until now.

Last episode was spectacular but I found it dissapointing because the lack of coherence in so many places, the time elipsis were badly done and some shit that happens is almost impossible to believe even inside the logic of Got.

Alright. Hype levels are in the stratosphere right now.
S6E10 is my all time favorite episode. I dunno if they can make a sequence as mind-blowing as the one with the Great Sept of Baelor (or a song that is as good as Light of the Seven) but the upcoming episode looked incredibly promising and interesting.
Gosh, I'm about to die.

While it didn't reach the heights of 6x10, this episode was masterful.
This is what I love about GoT. Plots and betrayal and intense conversations and dialogue. Very compelling. 10/10

Cersei's thing with Euron caught me so off guard. Hats off.
And her scenes with Jaime and Tyrion were immensely powerful.
North, I kinda saw that coming, but seeing Littlefinger bite the dust was still shocking to watch. I guess the North isn't playing the game anymore.

Honestly thought when Littlefinger said the game that Arya already killed him and was playing with Sansa. I liked this episode's logic better then the last even if their was little action. Greyjoys finally got more screentime. Zombie made it intact. I wonder if this zombie dragon will be 1 shot again. 6 Episodes left and not many characters left either.
