I dont know if this will help, I am getting a 360 because of the 1st person shooters and fable 2 and other cool games coming out. I am glad i got my ps3 because of ratchet and clank, i got to see a video of it.WOW it looks like a dreamworks movie that you are playing, and little big planet looks really cool!!!..360 is 2 years old remember that(I am) and the ps3 is new, their graphics are like a fine wine, one to get better with age!!! I cant wait for RE5 I am sure as time progresses there will be some cool games for the ps3. I wouldnt sell it just yet, that is a lot of money to throw away. At least save for the 360 or wait a while longer until the 360 comes down. Remember, the ps3 might not win this war, but it doesnt mean we wont see some of the best graphics we have ever seen. Kinda like the n64, it didt win that era but boy oh boy there were some gems!

Also are you both planning on playing online? My brother lives 4 hours away, and we've played coop on Crackdown and Gears of War, it's a blast. Now where currently both playing the Halo 3 beta, and can't wait till the full version.  Specially if the 4 player coop is true!

... or how about you just lend him your 360? Let him borrow it for a couple weeks.


That is a good idea. Allow him to use your 360 for a bit, see if he likes it.

Every system this gen will be getting exclusive games that you won't find on any other system. If there are more exclusives for the PS3, he might want to keep it and possibly save up for a 360. He could be saving money now, since there aren't many games out he is interested in.

He already has the PS3, might as well keep it, it'll only get better. 360 should be getting a price drop soon so he might be able to pick that up in addition. It sounds like he likes mostly games that'll be on PS3 later and multiplats that'll be on both systems.

Stick with your PS3 for now. You probably already spent a fortune on games and accessories anyways. Just keep in mind that Third Parties are worried about the PS3 right now. They are looking closely at the PS3, looking for the coffin. If that price drop doesn't work amazingly well..., if the big names coming in the aug- (08)March doesn't help... This time next year we should know who the winner will be.
