Forums - General Discussion - Don't buy Panini TCGs.

Wouldn't the better advice be to not buy any TCGs?

Exactly my thinking as well - CCGs are just bottomless pit.

I don't like card games too much to start with (I like my games to have actual board), but if someone is looking for something good without the CCG shenanigans, deck-builders like Legendary/Legendary Encounters might be worth checking out.

I liked Panini a lot when I was younger. They made Pokémon Waps and Pokémon Kraks.

I like their football sticker albums, it's a piece of my childhood.

Yes. Specifically the American branch that bought out Score (the old publishers of Score's DBZ CCG).

Can you give me some info/sources on the game and its "development" ? I can't seem to find any online...

I'm interested because Panini's headquarters are very close to my city and I just found out they make A LOT of money (631 milion euros in revenue in 2016 alone) but they only do soccer TCG and a bunch of Comics here in Italy so I didn't expect them to be so big on an international level...

In my country they do pretty much all sticker albums.

Panini football sticker were a very big thing in France in the 80s-90s. Everybody had them.

There's been a resurgence with the increase of popularity of football in the past years.

I had no clue they were into gaming cards

Lately many games are made on the rush. Dont buy on first day never. Try games before buying.Dont listen to sites/youtube channels, listen to gamers opinions. Rent them first and try them for a while.
