Just do it in moderation. I can say from experience that doing it too frequently is not good for your mental health

I would question this greatly, in my experience it has zero impact on your health, mental or otherwise.

Now if you don't mind I've got a tea date with Michael Jackson on the moon in 15 minutes and I've just got to get 3 more wanks in before it's launch time!

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

Those are rookie numbers. Gotta double it before we take you seriously

Whatever you do, just remember to do it relaxed.

During Summer 2015/16, when I didn't have school and couldn't find a job, and had no friends, what I did was just masturbate for hours on end, trying to arouse myself enough to ejaculate. It was not good at all.

Yikes. I'm glad you got out of it.

I never had to deal with anything close to that thankfully. A few times a month was always more than enough for me

For me, it was multiple times a day, sometimes more than once in a one-hour span.

5 years of not really taking vacations? What? Wow... Not possible in Germany. I have 28 days of vacation time which I need to plan throughout the year. And I have to take it. There are few exceptions, but that's how it is being done here.
Also.. I belong to the few people who have the shortest way to work. Wake up in my bedroom and move one room further to work:) Home-office contract ftw!!

Is it hard separating home life from work life doing that?

It depends on each person. I can easily forget about work when the 8 hours are over. Not doing overtime. But there are times when there's not really much to do, so.. say hello to my switch. I can take a break whenever I want, so when I am doing so, I go over to the living room, and chill on my PC or whatever.

No one is really watching over me. What counts is that I deliver when I have to do so.

The best part is, that I don't have to get up early and drive to work and back and waste 2 hours each day.

Edit: I can act so freely, because I am currently still a single. With a wife and kids, this would be very difficult, because children at a young age don't really understand that you have to work and be alone in your office room. So, that could be distracting.

I see. I guess it does sound nice, I don't enjoy having to leave the house to go to work myself

Start going to the gym (if you dont already)
Working out is the ultimate boredom cure. Keeps you feeling productive.

You only get three weeks paid vacation each year? Ouff
