Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Mario Odyssey, and now Xenoblade 2 have all had disappointing final boss fights and endings. Not a big deal, though of course I hope this trend does not continue, but I can't help but fear for Fire Emblem Switch meeting the same fate.

But anywho, Merry Christmas ya foos!

Oh you didn't like the "Escape sequence" with that awesome music at the end, I'm a bit surprised ...

Though, can't judge on Xeno 2 since I'm only at chapter 6 right now :P

I guess that part was okay even if 3D Land did it already and better, but the actual boss fight just being a repeat was pretty lame.

I'll just say it's a good idea to take your time exploring the world and doing sidequest. There's nothing special about the ending worth rushing for, but all up to you of course!

You must be smoking something if you think that 3d land has a better escape sequence than Odyssey.

You can turn into Bowser in Odyssey, your argument is invalid. :P
