Also PS4pro is like 20-25% of their PS4 sales.

Xbox One X is 499$... expecting it to make up over 50% of all Xbox One sales? that sounds unrealistic.

Esp. considering that only around 10% of households have 4k tv's (in the US)

This has to be based on the assumption that X1X will be the lowest price version of xbox in a couple of years. Still seems unlikely to hit those numbers. But, at least it seems within the realm of possibility.

On the basis that the XOX and the PS4 pro become the new standard console on the market (discontinuing XBOX One S and standard PS4 4) in a couple of years once price drops significantly,- then I could see this happening,

If they have 30m now and expect 63m by 2021, that means that they expect to sell 16m xb1 s which mean they are predicting Xbox one X to outsell xb1 s. Sorry but with the price differences, that isnt gonna happen. Not even Phil is expecting that.

That seems pretty generous.

I don't have any sort of feel for how Xb sales will go from 2018-2020. Will it be 5-7 million per year average? 8-10 million average, higher?

Yea...no. The Pro has a good chance at selling 10M+ if it sticks with selling 20% of the PS4 sales til the end of the gen. I think that will go up, so ~15M seems pretty realistic. But, the XBX selling the VAST majority of XBO sales going forward? Hell no. If it's lucky, it'll have the same ~20% the Pro has been seeing and will sell ~5M.

Considering its also a 4k media player its possible. Alot forget you dont need to be a gamer or into games for the X1X to have appeal. Its still a 4K blu ray player and TV box.
