The PS4 had a 4 month gap in its lineup with no major releases. Combined with the usual weaker spring-summer period the PS4 could have easily been sub 20k at this point and maybe even closer to 15k as it was 2 months ago. The last couple of weeks the PS4 is also up YoY. It might be because of the anticipation of Dragon Quest XI coupled with the announcement of Monster Hunter World. Anyway it's pretty impressive considering what could have been.

This.

And It's alright if Nintendo fans didn't impress with that 6k increase, of course.

I think I saw some infos that PS4 Pro is regularly available now (but of course Pro didn't had stock problems like Switch), so maybe that also had effect.

Increase is just 1.5k compared to previous week so I dont see how anybody can consider that is impressive, for this week's results some people acting here like PS4 sold double compared to previous week.

The whole Switch stock situation is really starting to bother me.

What's bothering me is the disparity in each tracker's numbers. I wish I knew if Dengeki counts certain things that Media Create doesn't, etc.

Anyway, Final Fantasy XV almost at a million physically!!

Bomberman passed 100k!

YS... I wish it had higher sales, but they seem to have re-used Celceta's engine, so it probably wasn't an expensive game to develop.

Secret of Mana collection pass 40k!

Mario Kart, Zelda, Pokemon, Monster Hunter, and Dragon Ball have legs. Lovely.

ARMS is doing well, hopefully it'll stick around for a while.

Just pick a single tracker and stick with it. That way you don't have to worry about tracker discrepancies, and over the long run, both trackers even out anyway.

That's just the PS4 port though.

Wow thess Switch shortages.. And people wonder why Nintendo priced it at $300. The answer is because they can, and STILL constantly sell out their hardware while doing so.

That does not add up - they priced it at $300 because they can because they knew it'd sell well but did not produce enough?

Or it could be how they can always bring it down. Look at the 3DS. Sadly with the stock issue...... that's not happening anytime soon. Especially when we have stores that actually increases the price.
