Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Super NES Classic Edition doesn’t come with an AC adapter in Europe

With the NES Classic Edition, the European version didn’t come with an AC adapter. Unsurprisingly, the same situation is in place with the Super NES Classic Edition.

Those picking up the North American version of the Super NES Classic Edition won’t have to worry. Nintendo will indeed be including an adapter with the packaging releasing stateside.

This sucks. Will 3DS adapter work with this? Or maybe standard micro-USB cord?

what powers it then? is there like a micro usb port or something?

This supposed to run on hopes and dreams or something?

Nintendo...classic.

The Nes Classic didnt either.

Why would you want it btw? Is there even a TV without a USB port these days?

There should really be a law against it, it is just non-functional without it.

No it's not.

Some of us have TV setups that make it undesirable to have a cord hanging off the side of it.  Also, it just makes sense to provide a power source for an electronic device.

Well there is a powersource, just not an AC adapter.. which definately is more undesirable to some of us.
