Not a huge cast, no. But still enough to fill out a roster I think. The musou games with huge rosters have usually built them up over a few iterations and started off fairly small.

Plus, musou games have a habit of letting you play as the "bad guys" too (one of the reasons I'd want an FMA musou) so you'd have Bradley and the homonculus as playable characters too!

I don't know. I still think the best anime game would be a Hunter x Hunter vs Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Fighting Game.
