They have Secret of Mana which is a 3 player game so it would've been cool if they created the SNES Mini with 4 controller ports and added a few more multiplayer games like Bomberman and NBA Jam.

Yes yes yes! So freaking cool. This right here is the golden era of gaming. So many great games!
I hope the SNES controllers work for the Wii too because I've been looking for that to work with my Wii VC games. That's about the only thing that would make this perfect.

I know, but that doesn't stop it from being a brand new game. |
Actually, yes it does. The brand isn't new, the game is. :P But, only new in the sense that it hasn't been released. I've never owned a nintendo console, but I am thinking about the snes, just because they seem to be trying to add value... Wish it had x2, or x3, though. X1 isn't the greatest of nintendo games.
This is a waste of resources tbh..... they keep showing they are interested in going third party(I'm so expecting Mario world for iOS soon)... releasing a rehash console with games from the early 90s.....
Is this why there is no mention of a virtual console on switch? They could use those parts on making more switches which continues to be out of stock everywhere because they can't make them.... horrible horrible decision by Nintendo tbh.....

...omg I think I just threw up a little bit.

Nice one! ^^

Where's the support for the switch? They would rather make an ese mini than release snes mini games on the switch clearly

From a business perspective, I don't see how an item guaranteed to sell is a waste of resources.
Also fail to see how they are showing they want to go third party.
Lastly, the SNES Classic is not using the same components as Switch. Components which have been in shorter supply than expected due to shortages in the market. So not making the SNES Classic would not do much of anything to solve the Switch stock issue.

Arms just launched, Splatoon in July, Mario+Rabbids in August, Pokken DX in September, Mario Odyssey in October, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (yes this is 1st party) in November or December with Fire Emblem Warriors takingvwhatever month XC2 doesn't hit. Then next year they have Yoshi, Kirby, Fire Emblem, possibly Pokemon. And they just announced Metroid Prime 4. That's a ton of first and second party support for the first year of a console.
So yeah, all in your head.
