Doesn't work, a switch-tv can't switch.
2ds makes sense, because it's 2D instead of 3D. The name Switch TV doesn't make any sense though, it's like if the PSTV was called the PSP-TV

In 5 years you'll want 8k then 16 then 24 then 400. You won't win.

Seriously, I don't know, I'm not a fan of the switch, and I don't think Nintendo is going to make another TV only system.
The Gamecube will stay in history as the last great home system from Nintendo.
Nah. I am sure they will launch a New Switch in 2-3 years, though, with an upgraded chipset. Maybe a 1080p screen. Definitely not going to be 4K, but it should at least run everything in 900p or 1080p if it can only do 720p in HH mode on the base unit. And it should be able to do everything in 1080p in docked mode, with smoother framerates.
If Nintendo sticks to HHs/hybrids, like I think they should, than you still have 2-3 more gens to go before they can output 4K visuals that look much better than the Switch.

They need to make Switch boxes without the dock. Why would anyone want to be stuck in front of his TV with a weird controller thing in his hands, while he could just play it anywhere on a nice comfortable handheld?
I just bought my Switch, I'm not really in the mood for another one already. Nintendo's not the company that's going to do that, I don't know why people still expect them to do so.

But Nintendo need to make a Wii U without a tablet and with 1080p visuals... and a blu ray player... and have it play PS4 games too, that's the console I want....
you can drop the Wii-U and Wii game support if they want, but then that's the system I'd buy!!!111
