Best card game ever, loved the actual card game (still have my deck from a decade ago) as well as the videogames.

It's too bad they changed the protagonists in later seasons, that's when I stopped watching. Any of the later ones actually good?

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX was pretty good. The protagonist was great and the sotry was not as good as the original, but fun to watch.

Zexal is decent but the protagonist is pretty annoying.

Is Arc V any good, seems to have better scores than Zexal

Loved the card game. I had the Yugi deck, and I really loved to summon my Dark Magician with all his buffs. I've never had the Time Wizard to summon the Dark Sage though. That was one of my biggest dissapointments as a card gamer XD.

I always preferred the bad guys. Yubel and the Dark Signers were my favorite, especially Carly. I still have my Fortune Ladies deck.

Never sampled it, tbh. Maybe someone else knows.

I used to make fun of Yugioh the anime so much when it came out but then I played the old game in PS2 I think? And learned how the cards worked and couldn't make fun of it anymore. I still play the app Duel Links. Its pretty decent. Hate the following anime series after the original.

Huge fan of the original Yugioh. I still keep up to date with the cards but stopped playing once they introduced Synchro and afterwards.

I used to collect a ton of the cards, I had hundreds of them. I also liked the anime. But my fondest memories are with the video game Yu-Gi-Oh: Forbbiden Memories for the PS1. It was hard as hell, and I was terrible at it, but I loved it to death. Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to find another copy of the game, as I don't have my original one any more.

Yeah, I was a big fan of it back in the day. I used to play a lot in high school and had a sweet Warrior deck. I didn't like the direction it was going from GX and onward, so I kinda quit the game. Now there's white, black, multi colored cards, it all just got too complicated for me, haha. I still have my trusty deck though.

Same here, i recently got into the new rules and all. Its so easy to just summon like 4 to 5 monsters in one turn and defeat the opponent in one turn

Yea those new rules and all makes the game less fun by making it so easy to summon a ton of strong monsters in a single turn.  In the beginning, if you were able to summon a ton of powerful monsters it took a lot of skills as was impressive, but now its just meh.

I'm still collecting cards such as variant arts of the original cards and they're releasing new cards from the original series that was never released (ie Diabound) but I dont think i'll ever actually dual again.
