I still play the card game from time to time. The only card game I could really get into, ever, mostly thanks to the wonderful original show.

I'm not a fan, but I sometimes watched the anime when I was a kid, and I've learned to play the card game (sadly, there was no one who wanted to play it with me).

Started out interesting and wicked, went into a card game from season 2 and that's it. Don't know what the spinoffs or sequels are about. But my guess is...more card games.

Best card game ever, loved the actual card game (still have my deck from a decade ago) as well as the videogames.

It's too bad they changed the protagonists in later seasons, that's when I stopped watching. Any of the later ones actually good?

I love the anime and the game but the new cards and rules ruined it for me. Pendulum Summon was the point where I quitted the game. And now there is Link Summon which is just too much for me. I remember when 5DS first aired in Germany with all the motorcycle duels and I thought that they ruined the Yugioh franchise. Well I couldn't have been more wrong because Arc-V and Vrains topped everything...

I have to admit that a lot of my friends still play the game very actively.
And it is still my favorite card game ever and it will always be!

I like to play the card game sometimes in my free time, but I only play up to the introduction of XYZ monsters. Always hated pendulums.

Anyways, I usually just buy the starter decks, buy a few cheap cards online, and edit them. I got back to playing the game with friends, and I've only spent $35 altogether for three decks. Pretty worth it honestly.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX was pretty good. The protagonist was great and the sotry was not as good as the original, but fun to watch.

Zexal is decent but the protagonist is pretty annoying.
