Plague inc. gives you the task of obliterating the human race with a virus. You are given methods to help it spread, and must evolve it to slow down the chances of a vaccine being created. 

 

If you kill every human before a cure is created, you win. If a cure is found, you lose.

I think Bullststorm poked some fun at other shooters. I know Duty Calls, the parody game released as a marketing stunt poked plenty of fun at COD.

I guess that counts, even though that's more of a first person cleaner.
