Yeah, on mobile, I even get sometimes an ad from the side taking 2/3 of the screen that I can't close, I can only refresh the page and pray for the ad not to appear again....

I'm getting redirected to scam sites somewhat often. At least a few times a day casually browsing on an iPhone. And I also get that jumping up and down you described sometimes 

Adblock is your friend.

If you're using chrome afaik it has an option to prevent the website to redirecting you. Never try that though.

Adblock my friend it works perfectly.

The more they force these ads is the more they push people towards adblock and they end up earning nothing.

I've never seen an ad.  With how terrible they are, I never want to.  

This site doesn't respect it's users with it's ads, so don't respect it by browsing w/o an adblocker.

Yeah, same for me.  Typically, I get the giant, page covering ad about 1/4 of the times I load a page.  It really sucks.  This site is just barely tolerable on mobile.  

I've also had the OP's problem a couple of times in the last few weeks.  But, I think literally only a couple.  No big deal.
