welcome!

I'm not going to recommend you the famous stuff... if you like Level 5 you should buy Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale. It's a small eshop game that costs less than $10, fun story and fun characters!

You just helped me discover this hidden gem! Thanks.

Not to presume too much of your interests, but I would give the Stella Glow demo a shot. I personally enjoy the gameplay, and has a great cast of characters.

Past that, I'm sure the others in this thread will give you some great suggestions, but anything with Fire Emblem or SMT in the title is at least worth giving a shot.

Yeah I was already interested in Stella glow before getting the console so it was one of the demos I tried, liked it.

It's gonna be matter of getting through each game at a time, cause i'm juggling games on other systems too

I compiled a list of games I plan to get

Ocarina of Time 3D

FE Awakening

Link between worlds

Super mario 3d land

Majora's mask 3d

FE Fates

Xenoblade

DQVIII

Bravely Default

SMT DS 2

SMT IV:A

SMT IV

Persona Q

FE Echoes

bravely Second

Stella Glow

SMT DS Overclocked

Corpse Party

Attack of the friday monsters

Project X zone 2

Dragon ball fusions and/or extreme butoden

New super mario bros 2

Yoshi's wooly world (demo was fun)

No, I don't like Pokemon and MH, sorry ^^

get kirby planet robobot or luigis mansion 2 or mario 3d land

Found Fire Emblem Fates Birthright discounted on a stroll through Toys'r'us, bought it.

... was the NES. Oh, you were talking about "your" first Nintendo system.  My bad.

My suggestions:
-The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the past;
-Pokémon X/Y;
-Pokémon Sun/Moon;
-Mario Kart 7;
-Luigi's Mansion 2: Dark Moon;
-Bravely Default;
-Super Mario 3D Land;

Faithfully:
Metroid Samus Returns

Update after almost 2 months

Between last post and now i've bought Ocarina, Zelda ALBW, Majora's mask and Xenoblade

So far the only games i've finished are the 3 zelda games, the others are all reaaally big
MM has become one of my all time faves (yeah it's better than OOT)

edit: Also, despite a somewhat averse reaction to the 3d effect at first, i've grown to really enjoy it and wanting it enabled all the time in certain games (the 3d zelda games being a good example). I can do without it in a couple of games though, but regardless, glad I got this instead of the New 2DS.

I've "had" and played on Nintendo systems before. However, this is the first time i actually bought and fully own one myself.

I was waiting for the New 2DS XL launch because of the price difference. But today i saw the New 3DS XL cut down to 150€, which is the New 2ds xl launch price. So I bought it. Feels good.

Which game(s) I got?

..none. Plan was to start with Xenoblade but I thought i'd try several demos at the eshop before deciding on my first full game.

Pics later cause both the phone and 3DS are charging

Hello nintenbros

You may as well get BOTW.

You may as well read the post you quoted.

My mistake, had two tabs up and still had NS in mind from reading the other.
