Pretty good for ARMS but legs will be more interesting. Ys VIII is also holding for some reason.

Interesting info, ARMS only needed to sell 74 more units to beat the combined opening for SFV and TK7's first week. But apparently ARMS has also strong digital sales so probably outsold combine SFV and TK7 in 1st week.

SFV and TK7 didn't have digital sales?

How's the Switch stock problem compared to the Wii. Isn't the Wii still manage to reach higher number despite it being supply constrained? If so then Nintendo fucked up so badly right now.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

Congrats Zelda for reaching 500k in Japan.

And I damn hope that after Splatoon 2 release there will be more Switches available.

Just to make sure, I hope you didn't forget Wii u version of Zelda as well. Close 650,000 physically for bearth of the wild in Japan.

Yeah I forgot to add "on Nintendo Switch", I didn't forgot the Wii U version.

it's quite impressive, but both of those games bombed

Yes, but both of those games are also fighting games and actually one most famous fighting IPs.

1) for digital only Switch users, buying digitally from Japan is cheapest and you get the game early. A lot of people did this for ARMS.
2) ARMS on Amazon included a discount code for Splatoon 2 if you bought there and it charted pretty high.

Thats why digital sales for ARMS are expecting that are very strong.

That's a damn fine launch for ARMS. Splatoon will incinerate everything in a month's time

ARMS doing a bit better than I thought, actually. 3DS seems to be slowing down a great deal, delayed effect of the Switch? PS4 doing okay for itself but nothing spectacular. Overall slow days in Japan. Switch obviously supply constrained in Japan, it seems to be the region with by far the highest overall demand, which is to be expected.

In my opinion, it's not very impressive for what is supposed to be the Switch's big game in almost 2 months.

Imo if ARMS sold 1mil fw it still wouldn't have been very impressive to you. Lets be honest here... Why even post such a comment?

SWITCH IS A BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Arms looks so bad. This weird (in a very bad way) game will never be played on my Switch. Gimme Punch Out Nintendo. Now!!!!
