Reviews are in, and so far it has a 89 on metacritic after 30 reviews (for reference, Resogun, which is highly regarded, has an 84 on MC. Alienation received a 79)! This makes Nex Machina Housmarque's highest reviewed game. It looks really good, and I'm extra excited about this bc it has couch co-op.

Better than resogun? Nice! I mean, if the reviews keep up, it will score better than Resogun. I have such a big back log, but I'm still tempted to get this right away.

I got it on psn, great game. It's cheaper on Steam, however after my recent experience with Ori on Steam (runs like crap with terrible DS4 support) I paid a bit extra for it to just work. Plus I played it on the psvr headset's virtual screen. It looks very good downscaled on that, playing at IMAX screen proportions. It would be even better in actual VR, hovering above the play field, perhaps later.

I'm not sure yet what's all going on, like what triggers going to the next section (let me save the humans first!) It's a hectic, pure fun, zen like experience. I'll try co-op tomorrow. Btw it's going to take forever to complete this game, there's about a thousand feats to complete lol. Amazing game.
