Yeah, doom metal is good too!!

Doom Metal and Sludge Metal are among the best sub genres in my opinion. Just so good.

Yet another area where Black Sabbath paved the way. Master of Reality is one of the best albums ever

My Dying Bride, Candlemass, Swallow the Sun, Avatarium, Solitude Aeturnus are my favourite doom bands I'd say. And of course old school Sabbath. Plus Type O Negative when they went doomy (very diverse band).

For nu-Metal fans, anyone miss Mudvayne?

It's funny because their successor band called Hellyeah had a lot of mainstream songs that I absolutely did not enjoy. However within their albums they have a lot more metalesque songs for example;

Title: Hellyeah
Album: Hellyeah
Artist: Hellyeah

:) I enjoy Vinnie's drums quite a bit.

For fellow Doom Metal fans who haven't heard this band yet :D

That song is always in my playlists! :D

I am a fan of Mudvayne, specially their first album which is pretty crazy with insane bass playing.

Huge fan of Pantera here. :D

Hellyeah though, everything I've heard from them is garbage. I have their discography in the queue to check them out properly but I am not dying to try them out, I will check their whole albums when I feel like I fucked up about something and deserve some punishment.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Their lyrics are garbage, and as I said their mainstream songs (singles) are pretty bad imo. Just make sure to check out the heavier stuff.

I was actually listening to Mudvayne yesterday, saw Saw II and this was in the credits:

My favorite metal band is probably Volbeat, although they're not really 'pure' metal but rather a combination of metal and rock n roll.
