That's good. I really didn't like how Sony used to show games that were years away.

Like Nintendo and Micorsoft?

Yeah but Nintendo and Microsoft are better at showing games that are releasing sooner than Sony.

LOL, exactly.  They all announce games that are 2+ years out.  Or have games that get delayed.  It seems that some just find anything to hold as a negative towards Sony.  Most likely because there isn't too much this gen to be legitimately negative about.

Oh yea?  Let's look at MS's E3s.

2013:  Below - Indefinitely Delayed (Basically Cancelled)
            Halo 5 - Released in 2015
Quantum Break - Released in 2016

2014: Below - Indefinitely Delayed (Basically Cancelled)
           Crackdown 3 - Releasing in 2017
           Fable Legends - Cancelled
           Inside - Released in 2016
Phantom Dust - Released in 2017
Quantum Break - Released in 2016
           Scalebound - Cancelled

2015: Ashen - Releases in 2018
Below - Indefinitely Delayed (Basically Cancelled)
           Cuphead - Releasing in 2017
           Fable Legends - Cancelled
Gigantic - TBD (Has remained in Beta since 2015)
Sea of Thieves - Releases in 2018

2016: Scalebound - Cancelled
Sea of Thieves - Releases in 2018
Edit: Forgot State of Decay 2 - Releases in 2018

So, yea.  Care to say that, again?  And I'm sure I could do the same for Nintendo.  Really if anyone is trying to attribute this solely to Sony, they should be reported for trolling and moderated for it.

Well when they put it as early 2018 I would expect Q1...

And how dare no one mention Knack 2 releasing this year?

On another thread it was posted the average, medium, longest reveal to release and also how many games were announced, released and cancelled between Sony and MS... let me tell you it was ugly.

Metroid Prime will release 2018 haven't you heard? They didn't show anything but the logo because they want to surprise everyone.

Imagine if Sony had set things up so E3 would show 'first half next year' titles, and at PSX show 'second half next year' titles.

If they did that, last year's E3 would have revealed Gravity Rush, NiOh, Horizon: Zero Dawn and Crash Bandicoot: N Sane Trilogy.
