It's a powerful "console" yes. But it's not a monster. It's packed with relatively weak components that will never be close to "monster" PC rigs. 

And of course every game is going to look loads better on PC, wtf are you talking about?

Let's just say MS are using sensational statements to sell their product. I can easily see impressionable kids on the playground talking about how "It's a monster" and if they do, well played MS I guess. 

So while I think Xbox One X is a powerful console, I'm not getting sucked in to MS's PR train where they use OTT sensational statements to hype their product.

Either way the "true 4k" thing needs to stop. At this point it can't run every game at native 4k just like the Pro. It's bad enough that people are fooled by the cheesey "it's a monster" line. It's not, go and check out some "monster" PC rigs instead.

Its 40% faster than the PS4Pro...same difference as PS4 to X1. If the X1X is a monster the PS4 was one for the last 3,5 years.

In case you didn't notice the term "true 4K" has long been confirmed to be MS marketing speech for "a 2160p framebuffer output, including native 4K, checkerboarded and dynamic resolution" (quoting MS's own website for that.

True 4K is not native 4K, it's just deceiving marketing sprech.

If the only thing that mattered in terms of power is teraflops, then sure, I guess you would potentially maybe be on to something. Luckily though, it's not, and you aren't. I'm not even going to bother trying to decipher that last part, sorry.

It was officially used at the Scorpio reveal last year.
