Forums - Gaming Discussion - SEGA may bring Yakuza and Persona to the PC

I would love to trade the Undertale PS4 port for both to stay away from PC, unfortunately money has more power than me

Guys, it's only sega europe who said this, and not even the director, but the second in command.

Atlus US/Sega Us already said persona 5 only will be on ps3/4.

You can still wait for a persona 5 golden on maybe others supports, but if you want to paly the game, just buy it.

They will emulate the game sooo.

We really do need all games to be released on PC.
Games on PC can scale with age, console games won't.

Even PS2 games look just fine. Anybody that can't enjoy a game without cutting edge graphics, has bad taste in games.

On topic: I doubt either of those games will come to PC. It sounds like the PR rep at Sega was just trying to placate fans without saying anything substantial. If anything Persona 5 will get a Switch port before it gets a PC port. Atlus loves to put their RPGs on portable systems. Persona 3, and 4 went to Vita/PSP. Persona 5 will go to Switch.

PS2 games do not look just fine on a decent sized screen, if the games were available on a portable systems, that is different.
PS2 Yakuza vs Kiwami

Why, if the games don't come to the PC or the Switch, I just will not play the games.
Sony would lose no sale for me if it was brought to PC.

If you think that more people playing great games and enjoying themselves is a bad thing then you truly are too far gone.

Who says that we can't enjoy a game with standard graphics?

But if I have a choice between two versions of a game, I choose the prettier version if there aren't any downsides in gameplay, performance, content...

Playing the uglier version when any other aspects of the game are the same doesn't seem very smart.

Aside from a boring color pallete (which may just be that individual level) the PS2 game is fine. Minecraft has stellar reviews, and is played by millions, yet it looks like an N64 game.

You sir, are blind!
Minecraft looks much better and is more advanced than Yakuza for PS2.
There exists a much better version of that game out there and I would much rather play that on PC.

Um no. The polycount in Yakuza is triple that of minecraft easily.

That'd be cool, wouldn't have to buy a PS4 then!
