Forums - Gaming Discussion - Will we see MS buying Nintendo in the Future?

You're going to see dragons walking in the streets before you see MS buying Nintendo.

They tried before but failed.

It would be very expensive.

It would solve their problems though.

Bayer was right before to buy Monsanto.

The biggest deal ever. MS has much more Money than Bayer and Nintendo is cheaper than Monsanto. It would be possible.

Numbers, please.  Nintendo's current valuation doesn't equal their selling price.

Lol, hell no. Nintendo's IP are literally priceless and that's just the tip of the iceberg of ressons. No way that'd happen.

Nope, that won't happen. No one just buys a Kyoto based company.

Take two Nintendo's and call me inthe morning...?

If MS is going to buy anything it's going to be PS and give them a home on W10 store to rival with Steam.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Nope, it's more likely you see MS just leave the game business or even accept a deal in which Nintendo takes over the XBox division with MS taking on a back seat role.

Video games simply aren't worth it, it's just a fun side-hobby for Microsoft, the price to acquire Nintendo would be enormous and not worth it financially. Saya Nadella (the new MS president) also runs a much tighter ship than Balmer, money isn't thrown around like candy anymore.

No.
