For 14.99 is totally worth it if you like harvest moon games.

It has some annoying bugs, so maybe wait for a patch.

Harvest Moon 64 was one of my all-time FAVORITE games, which is what caught my eye about this one. It has almost the same look/feel to it, as that game... :)

buy it, you won’t regret it.  I am playing nonstop until Odyssey come out.

BTW, welcome back :D

There won't be an update this Sunday coz I'm working.

No worries. IRL stuff comes first.

Have to say, really been loving the shit out of the Tetris Puyo game, considering how annoyed I was recently at the disaster tetris game by Ubisoft on the PS4, this has just been a joy to play, if you enjoy either Tetris or Mean bean/Puyo games, this is the place to go to enjoy online Tetris again.

Ireland needs to up its game a bit... after a week I find myself 2k above number 2 haha.

Anyone down for a game of this make sure and add me.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I don't own any yet but I plan on buying Doom and Snake Pass.

Maybe Wolfenstein as well.

I'm a longtime supporter of third party games on Nintendo platforms, so long as I deem them worth my time and money; I was one of those guys who bought the COD games on Wii/Wii U.

Not a fan of Snake Pass tbh, I thought it was pretty mediocre. But you might enjoy it, just be aware that the control scheme is far from great imho.

On the other side, I'm a big fan of DOOM, so I might double-dip on that game. But I think next month I'll buy LA Noire, I'm pretty interested on it. I haven't had the chance to play it, and I heard great things about it.

I'd recommend you to try SteamWorld Dig 2, Golf Story, Blaster Master: Zero and Wonder Boy. Those were probably my favourite 3rd party games until now. (Well, Mario+Rabbids doesn't count in this thread, I still consider it a third party game ). Cave Story + is probably a must if you haven't played  the previous versions, and Picross S is always a safe bet.

In the end, it's all about tastes though xD.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I think Snake Pass will be up my alley since I find the concept appealing and I'm a sucker for David Wise's music.

I don't have a PS4/Xbone/gaming PC so I haven't been able to play Doom yet.

Yeah, music is pretty good in the game, can't deny it. He's probably one of the best gaming composers ever. I still listen the Tropical Freeze OST from time to time, and I still have chills with Seashore War xD.

Well, I think you'll have a good time with DOOM. It's pretty honest in what it's offering, which is fast-action mindless demon killing, and it's pretty good at that. Portability is what is making me think about buying it again. If it runs stable enough, and it seems like it's hitting 30fps perfectly, which is fine for me.

Nope. You don't like stressful games and Snake Pass makes things constantly hectic and frustrating with its controls. You might be able to enjoy the game for an hour, but after the initial four levels the difficulty ramps up notably. David Wise's music is easily the strongest point of the game, but there are only four tracks and their mood doesn't gel with the gameplay. This isn't a relaxing game, rather it's one that makes me want to throw the controller away because the controls suck so hard.

I panned the game with a score of 3/10 and other Switch owners either agreed or took some time to agree, like in Volterra's case. The high number of ownership you can see in the OP of this thread is due to Snake Pass being the very first game to have a temporary discount on the Switch eShop.

I can subscribe this opinion. The game looks cool, and plays well at the beginning, but afterwards the controls totally get stuck in your way. Specially when you go for completion. So while you're hearing the awesome, relaxing Wise's music, at the same time you just want to throw your controller through the window xD.
