So I'm dumb and I bought a lot of very old games.

DOOM
DOOM 2
DOOM 3
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy XII
Hollow Knight
Mighty Switch Force! Collection

Can't remember if I included some of these previously.

nothing wrong with buying older titles if they're games you know you will enjoy playing again, I'm on the fence about picking up Doom's 1 and 2 because of the shite with making a bnet account for those, I know in Doom 3 you can just click b when it asks you about it and continue the game, but I've seen online that message isn't skippable in Doom 3.

On the upside.... it has led to meme gold though!

Bethesda is in the process of patching them so you don't need to sign in to bnet, and apparently you can do so with a made-up email anyway, so you can go ahead and buy. ;)

That's awesome, I actually seen this tweet that they're going to patch it out to make it optional at least in the versions of the game, but as of right now I have picked up Doom 3 and it's so buttery smooth on the Switch, just blows me away having games like that on a handheld.

Will likely pick up 1+2 before the end of month... tempting me to bolster my low numbers so far this month... cursed Senran has stolen all my time with their bouncing.... pinballs!

I sold the physical copy of Lumines Remastered to someone yesterday. It's a nice little game, but it wasn't for me.

So this month I thought I would get slightly less games.... and yeah good job me, thinking I was doing okay on that most of the month until it came time to put them in here lol

Well fuck it.

Already have Senran 100%'d though with all the base game content, that is one ton of boob action, definitely not a game you'll be playing on the bus with old ladies around, unless you wanna give them a heart attack.

Doom 3 port is beautiful, has that stupid bnet login thing to start the game but you can ignore it and it's getting patched out soon I heard.

Estiman is a strange little game, comes straight from android and ios I would bet, basically you get a bunch of objects on screen and you need to eliminate them by tapping on the most common item and work down through, starts with things like 3 squares 2 circles and a triangle... sounds simple yeah with 5 secs to pick, how about when you're about 30 stages into it and it has a screen with the number 7 on it 100 times and the number 8 on there 99 times.... come on you have 5 seconds to count and click one! It's very simple but really a good test for your eyes/brain in short bursts.

Hyperride is terrible, it's a endless runner type game but sort of Rtype in nature, each stage gives you sets of goals to achieve in avoiding objects and patterns to fly in... the collision detection is appallingly bad, you'll die to shit you clearly avoided and also you'll fly through pairs of asteroids for quests that just never count, it's complete horseshit, whoever programed it should be shot.

Bullshit, the game was deleted off my Switch after saving that clip.
