Damn, Talon. How can you find time in the day for so many games?

Ha! Ha!!! You don't think I've actually PLAYED more than 10-12 of these games, do you??? Most of these are still in shrink wrap!! Some of them are definitely on my "to do" list though, some of them might never be opened because they're just shovel-ware I'm not interested in playing, and some of them may never be opened because they're collector versions (at some point, I'll probably wind up buying a second "standard" version of those games, just for playing)...

...yeah - I know it seems wasteful to buy games you're never going to play. BUT, gaming is my favorite hobby and collecting just so happens to be my second favorite hobby - so if you combine the two, well then unfortunately decisions need to be made about which ones you open and which ones you don't. :(

I know what you mean.  In addition to game collecting, I also collect comic books, and history books as well.  Many, many, many of which I have never read (yet?).

Very impressive collection by the way.  When it comes to my own game collecting habits, I do limit myself to what I would like to play (or think I would like before actually playing).  I don't think I could ever attempt a "Complete" collection of any system (unless I won the lottery or something).

Update 9:

Yooka Laylee

Update 10:

The Flame in the Flood

Oxenfree

I picked those up in the Holyday sale. Oxenfree was 75% off, couldn't pass that up.

Update 11:

Steam World Dig (digital)

Steam World Dig 2 (digital)

Blossom Tales (digital)

Edit since I'm the last post in the thread currently: Do the Bayonetta games count as third Party? If So:

Bayonetta 1 (digital)

Bayonetta 2 (physical)

I think that's all I bought so far in 2018 as far as thrid party goes...I need a spreadsheet.

I just bought Penny Punching Princess (it finally arrived!) and DOOM, both retail.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

A handy thing about that publisher is that if you own some of their games others get a discount, so the likes of Frederick or Violett now should be listed as being 33/50% off for you, I think if you buy Frederic 1 first you get 50% off that and then it triggers a discount on the second game which covers the cost of the first one.

It's weird, that publisher drops mostly mediocre games but the ongoing discount for being a "fan" of them has me picking up most of their new titles because of it.

Frederic isn't mediocre btw, it's a very cool little music game, would watch a vid of it on youtube and see what you reckon, works really well once you get your head around it, cute little story as well.
