What a failure this could have been the headline , after Sony discontinues Vita and starts manufacturing PSP's again on the back of strong mhw demand it sold 200 mill setting the record for biggest selling GOAT, it sets other records like the PSP becoming the first game machine to pass 200 milI units sold ,only re released game machine to outsell itself the records tumble , what a missed opportunity what where capcom thinking.

I will say this necro is entertaining. People predicting 3-4m were "ballsy" this thing is already at around 10m less than a year after launch. I think it will crawl form here to around 12-13 mil.

It's done 10m in less than a year and you don't think it'll manage more than 2-3m for the rest of its life? I've got a feeling it'll surpass that and more by the end of this year, especially with the upcoming expansion

been following VG sales for a long time. Doing 20-30% more after year 1 is typically only reserved for Nintendo games(Mario, Mario Kart, and Zelda... with GTA being the long exception). So ya, I think it can do 2-3 mil more, which would be exceptional

Its hard to tell, but I like that the gameplay seems to have evolved and the graphics are finally up to console level.

I voted 3-4m, cuz as I said Im optimistic about it (series has never looked so good, gameplay or graphically).

Lmao back in early 2017, I assumed ~4m was optimistic. Hahahhahaaa....

looking back at the posts.... I miss Kerotan + Quickrick.
