This information comes from Xbox boss Phil Spencer…

“I don’t know yet. I’m guessing no. And this is a collaborative relationship between Nintendo and I; they don’t have Achievements on their platform. If they want us to, I would love to be able to do it… The relationship with Nintendo is incredibly strong. We obviously did the Mario mash-up pack into Minecraft; that doesn’t happen that often.”

I doubt that Nintendo's going to put achievements on their games, especially ones backed by MS! But it'll be interesting to see which other games will become cross-play.

Right, that was a thing. Microsoft should port it and put it on a card. An easy million seller.

I'm kinda glad to read that...? I really see no appeal on an Xbox One because it doesn't have any exclusives that I find appealing, and multiplatform games are also on PS4 which does have exclusive games I'm interested in. But all these recent comments about Nintendo are good to see.
