That means the game is going to be pushed back because there is not much time left until November to be making these excuses for them. E3 was the time to impress he largest audience and if Microsoft don't move the date of crackdowns release that game is going to be irrelevant to people with the games coming out in its window. They better fix the destruction they showed so long ago and put the cloud power back in that game because with that false hype that's the last chance the franchise has.

If you have really been paying attention to this game you would know the cloud powered destruction is for the multiplayer. If you blew all the buildings up in single player that would mess with the story a bit.

Noted.sadly we weren't looking at the real storyline or multiplayer. It was just he guy running around a lifeless world shooting things.

Those animations are also horrible.

Not to mention the single player would be forced to be always-online. People whinge and complain about such things.

As a viewer, it wasn't clear to me that every single moment from the trailer was from the campaign. So even if I had made that connection, I would have still wondered why the most hyped feature of Crackdown 3 was omitted from the trailer.

Whilst I agree that it was silly to not include the destruction, there has been and will be future trailers that focus on that aspect.

Push back a great playing game because it might not appease some people graphically LOL.

when Agents of Mayhem, a multiplatform 3rd party game looks better on base Xbox one, is kind of worrisome considering Crackdown is an exclusive and was running on the XOX.

It kinda looks like a PSVita game ported to Xbox. Uprezzed PSvita game. I know all the destruction not possible on vita just visually what it looks like to me. It's fine I think but then again I play PS4 ports of Vita games sometimes and I am right now with Digimon Cyber Sleuth. I would not say ugly but a let down if trying to show off Xbox One X.

Crackdown is not about graphics! Once you play it you'll understand! Yes, it is an "ugly" game, but clearly MS wanted to stay loyal to the art style and design. Any crackdown fan will appreciate that.

As far as destruction goes, if MS would have shown off the multiplayer, people would be complaining about why they haven't shown any of the single player yet. Considering they already did show off some of the multiplayer before this is a better idea.

MS will show off plenty of the multiplayer very soon in the next few months.

I remember from the very first time they showed off crackdown 3, MS stated, destruction will only be in the multiplayer. It makes sense because collecting orbs and saving the city from crime bosses would be dumb if you leveled everything.

Borderlands is pretty ugly too but fun.

GTA 3 was ugly too and look what happened there. If the game is great and fun, people will always look the other way and forgive the graphics.

We can only hope that they fix this. I am really concerned for Xbox otherwise.

I share your concern, and was affected so badly that has you can see it has taken me 4 days to get it together enough to reply.

My being in so deep a state of shock came from knowing Rols deep love of xbox meant this was no trifling matter, this and Rol, a man of unwavering faith sounding so forelorn, made me so terrified I couldn't even imagine what the problem maybe , let alone try to find out what it was.

I have now decided to stop this trauma returning by taking the steps of not buying any new AAA xbox IP and yes I know it's a rumour. any upgraded xbox consoles should one rear it's ugly head, steps that I hope and pray that Rol will follow.
