Actually, quite the opposite from what I have seen ...
Most mods are very tolerant of negative comments about the Wii as long as they're well thought out, backed up by something, or are claimed as an opinion. Many posters who think the mods are biased can't tell the difference between making a statement like "Wii is ghey and for babies!" and "In my opinion, the Nintendo's focus on the unconventional gaming market, and third party publishers' inability to produce enough high quality conventional games for the Wii, means that the Wii will never have a strong line-up of the games I enjoy."
