Because at the moment, white and Asian males dominate the development side of the video game industry. If you want to see videos highlighting them, you've got thousands of options, including a bunch of press conferences next week. If you want to see yourself represented in the game developer community, just watch those, or the ones from past E3s.

They are trying to be inclusive but at the same time their not including other games because they are a majority.  Best for them to have made one video including EVERYONE.

I really don't understand the claims about political correctness here. Political correctness isn't about trying to advance the situation of some groups. It's more about what you can and what you can't say. If anything, this is the opposite of political correctness.

Politic correctness is making things worse for the world. I'll just be talking about how it pertains to the topic. In order to hire someone with diversity being the goal, you have to discriminate towards people based on their sex, race, sexual orientation, political affliation to meet that goal.  

It's idiotic to even think of trying diversify careers based on physical characteristics because talent, experience, drive and intelligence are what is needed to do a job and those should be the only determining factors in picking people for positions. The whole point of fighting against discrimination is so they ccould be hired for their qualifications alone. The goal shouldn't be something so stupid as diversification. 

Now, is your last sentence a general statement?

Just replace the phrase "political correct" with idiotic and that should fit. A vid made by idiots for idiots.
