Simple Pokemon Rice Krispie Treats perfect for the Pokemon enthusiast.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 6 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal
  • Red Candy Melts
  • White Candy Melts
  • Black Candy Melts
Instructions:

  1. Slowly melt the butter in a large pan, low heat.
  2. Once butter is melted, add vanilla and 6 cups of marshmallows. Melt the marshmallows slowly.
  3. Right before the marshmallows are fully melted, add milk and the other 2 cups of marshmallows. Stir until the added marshmallows are starting to melt. (we don't want them fully melt so you will have a lumpy fluff)
  4. Add the Rice Krispie Cereal. Stir until the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow fluff.
  5. Dump into an 9 x 13 greased dish. Use a greased spatula to spread out the treats and press down just a bit (you don't want them to so compacted that they become rock hard).
  6. Allow to fully cool before cutting.
  7. Using the Poke ball cookie cutter, use it as a guide to cut the circles out.
  8. Melt the black candy melts according to your instructions and place it in a piping bag.
  9. Using the cookie cutter (like explained in the post) draw the lines on the treats.
  10. Add the circle in the middle connecting the lines.
  11. Melt the red candy melts and place in a piping bag.
  12. Fill the in the half circle area above the black lines.
  13. Melt the white candy melts and place in a piping bag.
  14. Fill in the middle circle and the half circle under the black lines.
  15. Allow the candy melts to harden before serving.

Kerotan i should kiss you right now, you make me so happy

I didn't expect this!

I'll definitely cook this tomorrow, before work

HOLY CRAP

Nintendo really isn't playing around this time around, they're making cookies like their entire company depends on the Switch's success, which is certainly half true. But seriously no one's getting in Nintendo's way this gen, they're making the Switch succeed whether people like it or not. Nintendo is baking to win this year.

It's very likely that a cookies will be announced for the holidays, but which kind will it be?

I'm personally hoping it will be something chocolate chip related

BTW you should post more recipes here, Kerotan!

My god.... Nintendo is moving for the killing! This IS a cookie related announcement, otherwise it wouldnt be a thread. Now, given that this is being announced outside of E3, and that assuming that Star shaped cookies is a thing, it will most likely be cross oven.

But damn, Nintendo could really have saved this for E3.Yeah, they dont fully own the Pokemon Company and all, but they could have striked a deal with them.Oh well, exciting nonetheless. I like my cookies.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

How'd this thread not get popular?
