But I'll admit you didn't used to see the amount of subtitles you do today, so maybe Bungie thought it was stupid and it's not just the guy in the video making s**t up.

That's wishful thinking. I doubt that ms would want to make any exclusive game for scorpio because they're clearly shifting their exclusives to include windows 10. Also, devs wouldn't do it because it's unlikely that scorpio would sell enough to justify making any exclusive games. 

Because they can make better games with Sony and Nintendo that will inevitably sell more as well.
