Looking at the top 100 it's practically all Sony and Nintendo with just a little Xbox sprinkled in with a few gift cards and some multiplat games. However looking at the most wished for, the X is number 1 currently. Although at $500, I don't see it selling that well especially considering the S is half the price and has barely been alive in the top 100.

This is the 17th day in a row, where PS4 appears to be "comfortably" outselling the Switch.
Does anyone think this means the PS4 has a chance to take NPD this june? or is it still too early to tell?

As long as Switch is out of stock, Amazon won't be the most reliable indicator. For the AMRS launch, Nintendo shipped out a sizable amount of units to GameStop, Target, and Best Buy Thursday/Friday but none for Amazon.

Amazon seems to be the last place that get restocks, for the Switch anyway.

It still needs to be approved. My guess would probably be sometime around gamescon.

I don't get the approval thing.  The ps4 and xb1 were both availble day one when the conference ended in 2013. Why is it different now?

And I don't recall anyone talking about having to wait for the xbox one s/ps4slim/pro to be approved.

What is required to be approved, and why wasn't that done before E3?

To me this just makes it plain that MS was caught off guard by the Pro rumors.  Just like they were with the Feb PS4 reveal.  During their own reveal it was obvious they had made a quick mock up of what Game DVR, a feature they weren't planning on adding, would look like because they knew they needed that feature or they would have been at an even larger disadvantage.  Similar to how they did a quick Scorpio vid for E3 2016.  Considering they have had over a year since then, kinda strange that they submited the XBX so late that it wasn't even ready for pre-order after their big re-unveiling of it.  Seems like they are cutting it pretty close.  It's a big mistake, considering what hype they have for the console among those who are not Xbox fans will slowly dwindle the longer they don't have pre-orders up.

DQ11 ps4 back on top in Japan and psn cards top 2 in America. the status quo resumes.
