Forums - Gaming Discussion - E3 floor-space: Nintendo challenges SONY, Microsoft downsizes.

Who'll come out on top?

Nintendo 116 48.74%

SONY 98 41.18%

Microsoft 14 5.88%

Ubisoft 2 0.84%

None. E3 is ded 8 3.36%

Total:238

Now that the E3 plans are finalized is obvious were the main battle is gonna take place! Youtuber Spawnwave made a great analysis on it. In a nutshell, this E3 will be all about Nintendo's unequally crafted gaming proposition against the same ol' stale mass produced spectacle-focused gaming trends.

This is pretty much the same Nintendo and Sony booth space as has been for the past 10 years.

^ Well at least more people are becoming aware about Nintendo's presence on E3. Since Nintendo choose the digital format for their presentation, the general belief in the internet is that they aren't attending at E3

I think the floor space will reflect how big of an impact each company will make.
1. Sony +43,000sq f
2. Nintendo +32000sq f
3. Microsoft +17000sq f

Sony will win as usual, Nintendo will bring da good ish, and MS will be all about da Ultimate 4K experience without any surprise game announcements.

Here is last years layout for comparison.

Microsoft was huge and all that Nintendo space was dedicated to one game. Well, the battle indeed seems to have shifted from MS vs SONY to Ninty vs SONY. I wonder why is Microsoft Downsizing it's presense at E3.
