Sorry to keep you waiting guys! I was busy studying these past weeks + had to deal with my asthma getting worse. I promise it won't take long anymore.

Anyway, the gap grew a whopping 80k these past month (4 weeks) in favor of Breath of the Wild! If anyone is wondering, next week will be a combo breaker and TP will experience a drop, so BotW should lead comfortably again.

Can't wait to see that, I can't believe how much BotW is turning into an evergreen title.

Yeah! Even I wouldn't expect such legs for BotW before it released. At this point I'm expecting Nintendo to announce 6m shipped + digital in April (or whenever they release their quarter numbers) on Switch alone. Combined, it should be over 7.5m... all of that on year 1. Which means it would be very likely to surpass TP (Wii + GC) next year already.

Breath of the Wild stretches the gap once again. TP Wii is almost 600k behind at this point, and this obviously doesn't include digital sales, which would make the gap even bigger.

If we take into account the Wii U version, definitely.

When will the Wii U version be updated?

I'm waiting for Nintendo to update their official numbers, which should happen october 30th. But I just updated it with the numbers we have. Btw, I expect it to at least match TP GC.
